Born: Badesen (Germany) 1944
A fashion photographer in London, now lives in Belgium. Studied in Florence, Italy, for three years and in the studios of Harry Buyck and Petrus Quick. She has regularly held exhibitions since 1979 in Belgium, Holland, Germany, England and USA.
Heidi is specialised in painting on glass. With accuracy she evokes the mood, the light and colors of swinging New Orleans jazzbands, or any other place for that matter, where jazz-musicians make music with their gestures and dance with their colourful instruments and garments.
She had obtained a “maitrise” that has since 1991 been noticed by the Royal Academy in London where her work is chosen regularly for their yearly Summer Exhibition.
She exhibits both in England and on the continent and recently in the United States, where her work was very well received.
